Missions is a wonderful thing.....but the thing needed the MOST right now is missions in AMERICA. The mission field is needed the MOST right here at HOME. America doesn't KNOW.....GOD any more. And, it's up to the body of believers to minister to AMERICA.....NOW, before it's totally lost to the enemy. The Assemblies haven't been paying ATTENTION....TO our OWN COUNTRY. They are so focused on their own churches, they haven't been watching what's been happening HERE. Our country is turning into a Socialist/satanic believing country, because academia has been teaching this in most of the colleges and universities. Assemblies....WAKE UP and SEE what AMERICA HAS BECOME. It's not what you see in your own church or area. It's BIGGER than that. Go outside your doors, and look around. AMERICA is DYING and we need to show the LOVE of Jesus .....HERE, through prayer and MISSIONS....TO....AMERICA. And, along with that, we need to HEAL the Body of Believer's who are broken and battered from the world, and sitting in the pews. They know Jesus, but they don't know HOW to change learned behaviors and actions in their lives, without instructions and guidance. People are coming INTO the church, battered and broken, and need further help. Just telling them to "Pray about it", is a weak and cop-out way of "guidance". Especially those who have had severe trauma in their lives. There is now more of this than ever before, and we need a HEALTHY and strong and "HEALED".... BODY of Christ. The church Needs to TEACH....WHO...GOD IS...not a "learned sermonized set of bullet points, with catchy phrases" and anecdotes. They NEED to KNOW...WHO GOD IS, and who JESUS IS. A DEEPER LEVEL OF WHO GOD IS...... How can they HEAL the brokenness within? Those who have been raised IN churches and haven't been "outside" or out in the world, HAVE NO CLUE......WHAT these broken people have in their lives. And, then there are the broken ones IN THE CHURCH......who don't know WHO to talk to. They are ashamed to tell anyone that THEIR HOME is a hell hole of abuse and dysfunction, when it LOOKS like they have it "all together". There are abused people BEING ABUSED sitting in those pews right NOW.....and too afraid to tell anyone. Don't tell them to just "PRAY ABOUT IT". I was told that for YEARS, after being raised in the Assemblies church, married an Assemblies man, and he abused me daily. And we were in church every time the doors were open. Then when he was threatening my life, and I needed help to get away, I still heard "Pray about it". PLEASE..give better advice than that, I hope there is now. When I needed marriage counseling, I was then again told..."Pray about it", with no other guidance than that. When I WAS PRAYING....DAILY. There are people who "pretend" to be Christian, but don't LIVE IT in their daily lives. THOSE folks need to be addressed, along with the ones they're affecting. There ARE good "pretenders" in the church, and its also how the church gets infiltrated by the followers of the enemy. They pretend to be believers, and then cause division within the body of Christ. Keep watch of your own flocks ASSEMBLIES......many are in severe pain and worse. Keep the lines of communication open....and know that the enemy has no problem walking into the doors of a church. The body MUST be HEALTHY and STRONG and many still need healing.
